How was your weekend? Mine was jam packed with fashion, fun, and networking!
I was invited to the first ever Greenville Fashion Week and had a blast.
The day started off with a blogger brunch where we had the chance to connect and share ideas.
My entire outfit came from a local boutique called Monkee’s on the Westend.
I know the owner at the store. So I called her and said “girl I need an outfit for fashion week” Jeni went to the racks and found the perfect look from head to toe and I couldn’t be happier to support and #ShopLocal.
Then later that evening we met up at the VIP after party for more fun!
The runway show that night featured some amazing designers!
I sat front row with my new fellow blogger/influencer friends!
So great seeing friends at the event and making new connections too.
Sarah and Maegan are the fierce force behind GFW 2018. I couldn’t be more proud of these two ladies *pictured in the middle* for their hard work and dedication to creating something special!
My good friend Lynsie *pictured on the end* is a social media goddess! She worked so hard over the weekend volunteering to cover all things social media for GFW!
It really does take a village.

I racked my brain about what to wear to the fashion show and immediately thought of Mac Duggal because of my love for their style and fit when it comes to curvy body types.
I first found out about MacDuggal during my pageant experience. I am so glad I was able to order this dress for GFW!
Saturday’s show had a little bit of everything from casual to formal. Along with local stores, established and emerging designers.
The production was phenomenal! The team had videos play between each collection, dancers, performers, it was a full on experience.
Greenville is home for me and I love seeing the fashion scene grow in my hometown!
The first ever Greenville Fashion Week truly set the bar!
